Three Moons Consulting recently had the pleasure of visiting Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths in Cleveland, Ohio. We kicked off our visit with a dinner in downtown Cleveland with Todd Schmidt and Jeff Elton and our families.

The next day, Todd treated Bhavana Singh & Gurpreet Kaur to a tour of Joyce’s impressive manufacturing plant dedicated to producing windows. The meticulous process of crafting windows from raw materials was fascinating to witness. We had the opportunity to see how the frames were cut, assembled, and glazed with precision. Carrie Schilling showed us real life use cases in the field, such as packets she gives to installers, which broadened our context of the work to another level. We also finally met Jody Jackson, after so many zoom sessions working on the Great Plains and Salesforce integration project.

There is no substitute for meeting stakeholders face to face. Getting to know who we work with allows future zoom calls to feel more connected, and helps us develop better business processes to contribute towards our client’s success.
