CEO/FOUNDER
Bhavana founded Three Moons Consulting to help small businesses and non-profit organizations succeed on the Salesforce Platform. She is a Salesforce MVP, a Golden Hoodie award recipient, a RAD women coach, and a WIT user group leader. She is also a certified System and Application Architect and an amateur winemaker and a professional wine drinker.

SENIOR SALESFORCE DEVELOPER
Haris is an accomplished Salesforce Developer, certified in PD1, PD2, and Admin. With extensive experience in Salesforce development and administration, Haris is adept at handling everything from flows to triggers to AURA/LWC to integrations. Haris is deeply passionate about coding and development; it feels like solving complex problems and implementing solutions is second nature to him.

SALESFORCE DEVELOPER
Pushkar is a results-oriented 6X Certified Salesforce developer with a proven track record of leveraging the Salesforce platform to drive business growth and streamline operations.
With six years of hands-on experience, Pushkar has honed his skills in designing, implementing, and optimizing custom solutions tailored to meet unique client needs. Pushkar has worked on a diverse range of Salesforce projects, from small-scale implementations to large enterprise deployments.
Pushkar’s experience spans various clouds, including Sales, Service and Health, where Pushkar has delivered innovative solutions that drive efficiency, improve customer engagement, and drive revenue growth.

SENIOR DIRECTOR OF DELIVERY
With over 13 years of IT experience, Gurpreet Kaur manages the project delivery in a wide-range of roles.
Her responsibilities include understanding customer’s requirements and coming up with solutions that leverage the best of the Salesforce platform. Gurpreet has many Salesforce certifications under her belt, and deep knowledge of Sales, and Service and Field Services Salesforce Products. She has strong Salesforce admin skills, and works closely with development teams to deliver successful projects.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Computers and a masters degree in Information Technology. In both her degree programs she was awarded with gold medals.

SENIOR SALESFORCE DEVELOPER
As a seasoned Senior Salesforce Developer, Rishabh brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. With a strong foundation in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Analytics Cloud, Rishabh thrives on crafting tailored solutions that drive business success. From Apex to Flows/Process Builders, and from LWC/Aura/VF Frameworks to Communities, Rishabh tackles challenges head-on, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency.
Rishabh is driven by a passion for understanding client needs and delivering impactful solutions that exceed expectations. With a self-directed approach and a keen eye for innovation, Rishabh is dedicated to driving tangible results and contributing to the success of every project he undertakes.

SALESFORCE DEVELOPER
Kuldeep is an experienced Salesforce Developer with a comprehensive understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and has a breadth of experience in declarative and programmatic customization. He has a diverse skill set covering Flow, Triggers, Apex Classes, Visualforce Pages, and Lightning Web Components.

CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER
Merlin works as Chief Security Officer at Three Moons Consulting. Very young, hungry, and in desperate need of mental stimulation, Merlin takes a deep interest in the quality of security for Three Moon’s team.
As a Westie-Maltese mix, Merlin is highly responsive, active, intelligent, fearless, and alert. He keeps a watchful eye managing his Mama, Meghana, in Atlanta. And takes frequent trips to Maryland to check in on his Nani, Bhavana. Three Moons HQ is plagued by squirrels and birds that Merlin is determined to bark off the premises.

SALESFORCE ADMIN
Talla works as a Salesforce Administrator with Three Moons.
Her responsibilities include working with stakeholders to define requirements specific to their organization, and customizing their platform so that clients get the most out of their Salesforce experience. Talla has received her Salesforce Administrator certification and is excited to continue learning and growing through obtaining additional certifications while working with Three Moons Consulting. Talla also helps with data organization and automation features for clients.
Talla grew up in Missoula, MT and graduated from George Mason University with her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and a minor in Business. She is excited to be pursuing a career that is analytical and technical in the fast growing industry of CRM Software. Talla also enjoys camping, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.

PROJECT MANAGER
Meghana is a Project Manager at Three Moons who helps ensure client goals are communicated and up to date. She also handles a number of internal tasks within Three Moons including data entry/cleanup for clients.
Meghana has a Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies from the University of Maryland, College Park and has completed a number of certificates in film. She is also a filmmaker and writer living in Atlanta, GA with her Westie-Maltese puppy, Merlin.

SALESFORCE PROJECT MANAGER
Puneet is a seasoned Salesforce Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects to fruition. With over 13 Years of IT experience, Puneet aspires to bring a unique blend of technical proficiency and strategic vision to every endeavor.
As a Salesforce Project Manager, Puneet has proficiency in orchestrating end-to-end project lifecycles, from requirement gathering and solution design to deployment and post-implementation support. Puneet believes in fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, and delivering solutions that exceed client expectations.
Puneet is a 3X certified salesforce professional and holds a undergrad degree in computer science engineering and has recently completed his master’s in project management from Northeastern University.
